The Art Auction Group had our first workshop on the UA mall Tuesday. Several of us arrived early to setup the tables and supplies. Shortly after, the setup crew began making more samples and donations. We had some issues with the tent, but fortunately, we were able to fix it later. Our group is grateful to the entire class for coming and making wallets and coin purses. We have some really wonderful pieces to donate and it seemed like everyone enjoyed themselves. 
Thursday after class, we began discussing what the next mall workshop will entail and we are still discussing those details. We are hoping to generate more interest for BICAS next week and begin spreading the word about the auction. 
Emma, Shantaye, and I will facilitate the next BICAS workshop (mobiles) on Friday. We are in the process of making some examples, printing some mobile images, and collaborating regarding how we will structure the demonstrations.
