Art for Auction & Interested Students

Getting excited for the upcoming auction, I went through some photos taken while conducting the BICAS bicycle art to my high school students.

Recently they were asking me what I thought their pieces would go for and I found it very interesting they were still thinking about these works of art. As usually they make their artwork and set it to the side generally without having another thought about it. But they have been engaged with wondering and wanting to know more about community art centers.

So with this is mind I feel that I have made a slight difference in their thinking patter about art and community. I will continue each year to introduce my classes to BICAS and other creditable community art centers in Tucson (or wherever I may be teaching at the moment)!!!
