The staff is worried about having enough artwork for the auction, so grab your friends and come to BICAS to make artwork any time they are open. I asked how many art items they typically have or want for the auction - 300-400, and right now they aren't even up to 100.
They also need some help with the following:
Sign painting- come in to BICAS and ask- they will put you to work
If you are interested in helping at the auction they need help with the following areas
- Building a lighted path outside the auction space
- Door Greeters- They loved how friendly Shana was last year!
- Delivering advertisements
- Set up before the auction
- Help on auction nights
